They say life is unpredictable, but it’s us who do things whimsically. Stuffs which used to be alien to us, suddenly becomes important ingredients of our lives. Leave others; we can’t even decode our own minds. Do we ever get concrete answers to the millions of questions that we ask ourselves.
If we don’t have answers, how we gonna make the decisions? Or we just do stuffs the eeny-meeny-miny-moe way!!!
What, where, why, which or how could not decipher our thought processes. They say, “Every man had his own quirks and twists.” But are we aware of these idiosyncrasies, these peculiarities, these weird behaviors which is defining us!!!
Physicists like Carl Sagan, might see the world as a pale blue dot, but from within, we are huge. The billions of Human inhabitants, the trillions of other life forms, the millions of trees (or even lesser) are what makes Earth – the earth. Without these, there’s no difference between our pale blue dot and the red planet. Each of these life forms brings out some sort of flavor to life and the world seems like a miracle. Certain times, miracles are just trickery and we, humans’ deceit ourselves with false marvels.
In totality, our impact might be far too much negative, but as individuals, we have been doing wonders.
Let’s walk through the pavements of time to meet some of these do-gooders.
The Chai wallah, who would give away free lemon tea 7 PM onwards in the busy streets of Cuttack, that beggar who saved half a million rupees and at the end of the day donated everything to the temple where he used to beg, The street food vendor, who would never say no to anyone asking for food whether he/she is having the money to pay for it or not.
The School principal who would give free tuition to the poor but bright students, the unemployed, who would leave for the flood affected regions of Odisha every year for helping out people in relief.
We might have done really bad stuffs in our lives, but there would be moments, when we listened to that tiny heart of ours and did something unexpected by helping someone.
